cacti 0.8.7f 正式发布

2010年5月19日，cacti.net 正式提供 0.8.7f版本下载，新版本相对上一版修复了n多bug，建议朋友升级。
由于新版本刚发布，plugin体系版本还没有跟上，使用了plugin的朋友要等等了。
